Suggestions for answers in Outlook (Android)

Date: Beginning of June until end of July 2019

Outlook for Android will soon automatically make suggestions for replies to incoming emails. The user will be able to turn the feature on and off by himself.

Our recommendation:

If your company allows employees access from Outlook via mobile devices, you should test the functionality and then decide whether to allow it or prevent it via MDM (Mobile device management).

Share audio in teams

Date: Start until end of June 2019

Teams now supports sharing audio on Windows systems when sharing the screen or an application. This now makes it possible to share videos and audio recordings as well. Currently there is no information whether this function can be disabled in general.

Teams supports hold music

Date: End of May to end of June 2019

Teams will soon support hold music for external callers. However, this does not apply to team-toteam or team-to-business calls.
